Has anyone had any experience - positive or negative, with the Alerus Retirement Solutions? Omni-Plus is the recordkeeping system and Sunguard is the carrier of Omni-Plus

Unfortunately our firm does not have any experience -yet. If the employer selects this product, we may be setting up our first plan on this soon.

We are not sure what to expect on the TPA side...
