I like having COBRA & HIPAA in the same board as the health plans since they are, unfortunately, inseparable. I also beliveve that the HIPAA questions will begin to decline as the dust settles from the newly effective regs. I think scanning the topics within the board is a better way to locate the items that intrest me.
