Downloadable Products -- our online directory of downloadable products for employee benefit plan sponsors and service-providers.
Here are the services we'd like to provide:
- We promote your software or digital content at no cost to you, including ads in our newsletters and on the site (we decide when and where, but we have a healthy incentive to do as much promotion as we can)
- We collect the funds (paying the costs of the merchant account, the online processing fee and the points required by the credit card issuers) and remit to you the wholesale cost in sum each month
- We provide the technical facility for the downloads, which are available immediately after the buyer's credit card transaction has been approved (takes less than a minute, typically)
- We handle questions from the buyers regarding the payment and download process
- We handle any refunds, any apply them against the amount otherwise due to you at the end of the month (rather than charging you immediately); we'd need to agree with you on a refund policy
